With our Master in Management & Innovation, we give young professionals the incomparable feeling of developing their own entrepreneurial idea, seeing it grow and sharing it with other people. Woven into an interdisciplinary and international environment, our master’s program has one big goal: to train you to become the innovation managers of the future.
In our English-language degree program, our professors and lecturers will teach you the skills to bridge the gap between management and technology. The basis for this is a unique framework that you will work through in a total of four semesters in presence. However, you shape the nuances and focus of your studies yourself by choosing one of the three different majors.
Heilbronn meets Far East. The TUM track focuses on German family businesses in the Heilbronn-Franken region and includes project work with one of the numerous hidden champions in the region.
From Franconia, out into the world. Our exchange programme takes you abroad for several weeks, where you gain insights into the country's economy at renowned universities.
Some weeks abroad are not enough for you? No problem. Complete the Master in Management & Innovation as a double degree and spend your first year at either HEC Paris or the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business.
You can expect two exciting semesters during which you will gain extensive knowledge of business fundamentals and expand your international network.
Regardless of which path you choose, you will spend your third semester at TUM School of Management in Munich.
There you will further develop your personal and leadership skills and work on a real project in a start-up or other company in the Munich area. The fourth semester is dedicated to writing your master's thesis.
The Master in Management and Innovation provides you with the skills you need as an innovation manager, as well as the know-how to apply these skills in business management in different technological environments.
You will learn how to develop intelligent solutions at the interface of management and technology and how to work in an international and interdisciplinary team.
We can't wait for your ideas to shape our future.
