Healthy Leadership

Mental health is more relevant today than ever before. In personal life, but also in the workplace, at least since the Covid-19 pandemic. That makes it all the more important for executives to address the issue of mental health and learn how to proactively deal with problems among employees. Our “Healthy Leadership” certificate program gives you the opportunity to do just that.

What We Offer You

One in five employees in Germany has already suffered from depression, and the number of unreported cases is even higher. That is the result of a representative survey conducted by the Deutsche Stiftung Depressionshilfe in 2021. So, how do you deal with employees who suffer from mental health issues? And how can these be prevented?

Our program offers a holistic overview of the topic with evidence-based and field-tested measures. In various modules, you will learn immediately applicable tools to consolidate health-promoting work structures in a team or organisation and avoid prejudices against mentally ill people. The prevention of burnout and other ailments is also on the agenda.

The lecturers ensure that participants learn about scientific findings in theory on the one hand, but also gain practical experience on the other – for example in group coaching sessions.

“Leadership is one of the most important resources for promoting employee health. Unfortunately, leadership training is rarely used as a health-promoting activity. It is time to empower leaders to proactively deal with mental health issues in the team!”
