Moving into the future of continuing education

Initiated by Fraunhofer IAO, the Global Upskill Summit is an annual summit on the topic of " professional continuing education". Speakers from established organizations, start-ups, and research institutions will take to the stage. Among them: Caroline Hofmann, Division Director of Continuing Education at TUM Campus Heilbronn.

 

The Global Upskill Summit will focus on the following key questions:

  • How can trends and technologies for professional development be identified? And what role does artificial intelligence play in this? 
  • Future skills: Which skills will determine professional success in the future?  
  • What are innovative learning and transfer formats? 
  • How do organizations create a learning culture that promotes innovation?
